Plant Operator

Responsible for directing and managing daily plant operations with responsibilities for safety, production, storage, maintenance, quality, and other related activities. The Plant manager develops processes that maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

Plant Laborer

Assist the batch plant manager with maintaining the worksite to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the plant's grounds.

Loader Operator

Responsible for operating a front-end loader to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage areas, feed conveyors, hoppers, and load trucks safely and appropriately.

Ready-Mix Truck Driver

Responsible for safely transporting freshly mixed concrete from the Batch Plant to the job site and is accountable for all position duties. The driver will be responsible for making normal operating adjustments to the equipment and materials being hauled.

End Dump Driver

Responsible for operating trucks transporting dirt, aggregate, and other materials to the cement plant. Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.

Responsible for operating trucks transporting dirt, aggregate, and other materials to the cement plant. Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.

Plant Mechanic

Conduct maintenance and promptly report any plant deficiencies that could pose a safety hazard or risk plant downtime to prevent unplanned outages.

Conduct quality control testing on aggregate and concrete products including, but not limited to, field testing (slump, air content, unit weight, yield, cylinders, etc.), gradations on production aggregates, and lab work (compression testing and scheduling)
